Customer engagement is a hot topic at the moment and you can read a lot about how-to, aught-to and not-to. But, when reviewing a lot of these methodologies, the majority come down to the AIDA approach by E. St. Elmo Lewis, a common list of events that may occur when a consumer engages with an advertisement.
